I just wanted to let you know that this video just changed my cold plunge experience and I can’t thank you enough. I’ve been cold plunging 3-20 min in the ocean once a month for over a year (I live in Connecticut.) I have been trying to get into cold showers which are much more difficult for me than just submerging myself into the ocean. I haven’t been successful at tolerating cold showers. I just found your video, I lit a candle in the bathroom, shut the light off and just surrendered myself to your voice and you guided me the whole way through. Three min went by fast and now I feel amazing. I’m going to continue using your video but I’m going to upgrade to the 4 min one. I want you to know your video has fundamentally changed my journey and I am so grateful.
