I am working towards this. Deleting my WW app and trying to listen to my body more. Still have MyFitnessPal and have tracked a couple days just to get an idea of how many calories I am eating when I listen to my body.

Where do we draw the line between this and then if we spot anything concerning and needing to let them know about it. For example, if someone is losing a lot of weight compared to their older videos to the point it looks borderline unhealthy - how do you go about doing that?

I’m binge watching your videos, and I’m loving them. But logging on MFP takes hours?
No way. We mostly eat our favorite foods all the time. MFP knows what they are and you type the first letter and up it pops up. It literally takes 30 seconds per meal or snack. More like 5 minutes a day for me.
That said, I’m ready to stop logging my food now, because I now understand what a true serving looks like.

I've had an ED for about 2 years. Not counting calories seems so scary to me :( but I want to try.

I hate counting and logging but I'm trying it for my type 1 diabetes.

I only count calories for weightloss. Is this a problem? After the weight is off i plan on practicing portion control and listening to my hunger cues

I have been trying to quit counting calories for 2 months but my brain does it otomaticly and i redownloaded it then i deleted it again its kind a cycle since i started to watch your videos i have been overeating and i cant stop eating my brain says this week you ate more 7000 calories than you need so scary im gonna gain 1 kg 😔
