Nope.

The God of time Istaroth, one of Phanes shades. As of now, the story only tells that the last time she helped human was 500 years ago and that is to help Makoto and Ei to plant the tree all over inazuma to help fighting the leyline disorder.

I still believe that Paimon is the last seelie race that aren't cursed. Seelie are a race that have a strong connection to the Moon, based on the story we got so far seelie got cursed when they held a wedding with a human being (outlander) in the moon castle/palace. Seelie are tasked to teach and guide human but not to love human, when they fall in love with a human they'll be cursed into a ghost. Other seelie race are already cursed and transformed into a flying ghost and paimon probably the last seelie to ever exist in current timeline.

*This is just a theory, it could be absurd and wrong but nothing is impossible since there are still a lot of things about Seelie race that we don't know yet.
