Wow, that looks amazing. Didn't know you could do this in Excel.... I had tried to do something myself but didnt think about using the conditional formatting, will definitely try this. Great vid in any case....

thank you for the wonderful tutorial. Finish day calculation formula was not correct in my guess. Because if WORKDAY(J6-1, C6)-1 is sunday then it is become weekend.
How about =IF(Weekend_work="No", WORKDAY(J6-1, C6), J6+C6).

This is awesome thanks! - I need to create a GANTT chart for several years divided into months, but when you type in 30 days, it leaves some months (e.g. december) divided into 2 columns).. I only need months, no weekdays or dates - is there any way to get 1 column per month consistently? 🙂
