Having an idea of a non 50%/50% based on complementarity without gender splits sounds great. It’s what I personally strive for.

Only the culture that we are born into ‘forces’ us to have the merits and competencies that it wants from each individual, and that often involves gender.

we never divide job based on gender . only specific gender are more excel at particular job and have high tendency to work on those field. some work women are good at and some work men are much better at it.
