This video focusses on real people, meeting in person irl. What happens if there's recognition otherwise, like seeing someone for the first time in a photo or a video? They seem familiar. Certain mannerisms look like my own. In some circumstances, where they face something I've done or been through in my life, it's familiar but with variation, yet the same emotional journey. Their reaction to it is like my ideal self. It is a moment of high conscious awareness of the other person. I recognized it, instantly. Yet, I've never met the person in real life! I'm not sure what to make of this. There are times seeing that person, ignites a familiarity that reminds me, we've known each other before... yet where & how?? Whenever I see the images, I'm immediately comfortable that we've been together, been related or something where we were connected. I've never had this feeling before this.
Yet... a few years ago, I had someone say to me - "I feel like I know you!" This person I'd only ever "met" working on a project and just through communicating by satellite text messages. When we finally met in person, this was the first thing I was told! The more we talked, we seemed to share quite a lot in common although, it wasn't MY first impression. It was hers. We became good friends (again?) and I shared with her, information about "Old Souls." She and I both have many characteristics of old souls. I'm very pleased to have met her and feel that we will be friends no matter what.

You didn't mention what science is saying about the notion of recycled spirits. Recent quantum science has drawn some fascinating conclusions. The first law of thermodynamics is strong support of the notion of recycled souls. The 1st law says - "Energy is neither created nor destroyed it is just transformed into something else." We must first understand that we are energy. The body is a condensed form of energy. We can see it. The part we can't see, that animates this condensed energy is the soul or spirit. We used to be able to see this, but we were programmed out of it. If you've ever watched animals, they can sense what we cannot. Yes, in some cases, they have better eyesight than we do. We can also train ourselves again to feel or see energy. The study of life-force energy has originated in Asia for millennia. It is used mostly in healing practices but also in martial arts. Those who can see individual's life force are thought to be extraordinary or charlatans. We shouldn't be so closed minded. We can all learn to see human energy again. I learned how to see life energy. (Ok, it did take me 2 years, but I followed the directions of my teacher and eventually got there!)
