I oppose of stringent abortion laws especially before the second trimester but in this case Georgia abortion laws can't stop emergency medical treatment after an abortion has already occurred. There was only residual tissue left that caused sepsis, there was no viable life at that point. The hospital should be liable, a bit of misinformation being peddled here.
