1:55 double biceps curl 8-10 reps
2:47 Kneeling single rear fly 6-8 reps
3:49 single hammer curl +hold 6-8 reps per arm

5:41 inward biceps curl 6-8 reps
6:36 Straight arm back row 8-10 reps
