Grab your dumbbells and let's work hard to target the muscles in our back and our biceps! I am using 8lb, 10lb, and 15lb dumbbells and we are working for 50 seconds for 3 rounds per exercise! We are really isolating our muscles and I hope you push yourself to really feel the burn! Keep your form the priority and always maintain the mind muscle connection!

I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I'm learning to appreciate the strength workouts. I've always been focused on cardio and burning as many calories as possible so the last few months have been a big mindset shift for me!

Sydney, I LOVED, LOVED this workout! Such a great format, with going twice on each side for 3 sets 👍. Perfect for challenging the muscle endurance, and building strength! 💪😍. It was exactly what I was looking for this morning, because I did an intense lower body mini band workout before this one, and I really wanted to work on my biceps and back. It's like you made this workout just for me 😍.

Sydney as a stay at home mom i appreciate your 30 minute workouts although i LOVE 50 and 60 minute workouts they are not sustainable 4 me to do more than maybe 1 time a week . I get really drained it i go heavy on a long workout. But i rotate between 30 40 and sometimes 50 or 60 :) i need that balance as to where i have energy for all day til kids bedtime lol
