WORKOUT ROUTINE:

FORMAT:
-30 Sec ON
-15 Sec OFF
-2 Minute Break between Rounds

-One Set of Exercise 1 through Exercise 6 + 1 Min Break is one Round
-Repeat for 5 Rounds for a complete workout!
