These practices are called "PRANAYAMS--> Control over breadth", in India. Our ancestors have been practicing there from centuries.

Wow! Who would have thought? Been doing these for a few weeks. I went back 7 years in my sleeping. I wake up now ready to take full charge. I am a new man. (I wish this was around in 1997....might have saved my best friends life who died of sleep apnea). Thank you Dr Fields!

Hello! I’m back. I did 54 days and the apnea subsided. I returned because I needed to keep the nasal breathing exercises going. Otherwise I’d fall back into mouth breathing. So glad you are doing all these videos for so many areas of the body. I admire your commitment to help people. I’ve referred you to several people. Thank you!

Hi Adam, I m suffering sleep apnea for last 5 -6 years, and doctor sujjest me for cpap machin, but I can't use it because it is not comfortable. Now I do exercise and I feel very good I sleep full night.

Dr.Adam Thank you for your content shared. I am snoring a lot and I need to cure it without operation or life time equipment. I watched all the 3 videos and it gave very good exercise and I'm feeling it now and planning to do it continuously each day. Hope there will be a improvement. Thank you.

Thank you sooo much … it’s lovely … I have apnea … 66 per hour … I have started doing this and I see a big change … I follow most of ur exercise … but my only challenge is that I m lazy and I don do it everyday … thank you 😊
