I used to smoke pot but then I stopped, if you want to get high it's a sign that something is not quite right in your life and it's much better to just resolve that issue, with that kind of thinking I gave up getting high on anything including alcohol, speed, and pot. I just enjoy life so much I don't need to "rosey" over anything at anytime. P.S. I have had terminal brain cancer, funny that.

Being a cannabis consuming vegan is the best thing I ever did for myself.

So basically smoke joints, bongs or glass pipes. Don’t smoke blunts cuz that’s just wrapping ur weed in tar.

My dad is a dr and has done many x Ray on patients who smoked both weed an tobacco and the ones who only smoked weed lungs were far less damaged then a cigarette smokers only issue with pot is people hold it in longer but even with that it is not as harmful as smoking cigarettes and most likely you would not get lung cancer from weed but may just naturally get cancer in the long run it does happen

My take away: No differences in longevity outcomes for cancer risk for smoking cannabis provided they don't also smoke cigs :-)

you also have to look at the method it's Smoked by. a lot of marijuana users smoke it in papers or tobacco leaves blunt so that should have been part of the study as well if it wasn't.

Why don't just use dry herb vapourizers? You eliminate all tar, carbon monoxide and carcinogens generated by the combustion. And you don't burn away 30% of the THC and CBD content. And it is also very discrete without any strong odours.

Please put part 2 soon, Doctor G.
My dad has terminal stage 4 prostate cancer and is facing chemo right now.
He really doesn't want to take it, but might be persuaded to try cannabis to complement his 'quality of life' regimen.

I do believe how much smoke and harsh it is may play a role…. Actual flower (buds) seems to contain more tar as opposed to pure thc/Cbd concentrate… as long as you are smoking softly/easily and not coughing every time you puff, you should be fine….but remember! NO SMOKE SHOULD BE IN OUR BODIES, PERIOD! Be warned !
