Looks like an unextracted brew to me. Grind is possibly too coarse.

You’re doing this wrong. You’re supposed to be using really a fine grind, almost like dust. I tamp mine and try to squeeze as much coffee as I can in the filter until it brims. I put boiling hot water just over the valves. At a medium to low temp wait until it suputers until the water stops flowing and then you can enjoy ❤👍
