I just started a tech support job. First time doing it, so far it’s…. Exhausting. I am tech savvy but there’s still so much to learn. I really do like it and I’m sure it gets easier but learning the whole process is a lot.

I am working as a tech support in NCR Corp. for about 3 months now and I progressed way faster than I expected, and lemme tell you, now if I succeeded in something that doesn't even match my professional background imagine what skills I can learn than can be a part of my everyday life... Aaand of course I wanna reduce my stress level by getting used to it and be more pleased about my knowledge so I think everything you've said is peeeerfect, this was helpful:) thank you! xx

Tuesday is my first day of nesting after 1mo training. My mind is blowing because of all these TSLs, UDPs, VLANs, switches, routers and firewalls. I'm not sure that I'm good enough yet for taking calls 🤯🤯🤯

Im a call center virgin and my first ever account to handle is TSR Telco. Im almost 2 months on that account.. its not that easy bcs troubleshooting takes a long process and time.. Im fighting my AHT here haha and also my ORS. its not 100% resolved when you tried troubleshooting.. and by the way, Im still a trainee and Im on my nesting phase in this account. It will takes us 2 months of training for all of it. our graduation will be on oct 26.. of course all thanks to you..❤️ i've been watching your videos eversince thank youuuu

I dislike the job so much despite being easy. Call center is not for everyone, don't be afraid to quit after making some money, that's my advise.
