The character is out for free NOW on the Blender Studio:

This is a recap video of the multiple streams that were recorded while animating the character "Snow" in an acting shot. In this video Rik briefly touches the steps he took in order to make this shot. If you want to see more about a certain step of his workflow, please check the timestamps below. Hi, thank you for a really cool character! And I need help.
IK and FK gizmos work perfectly. But how to make a regular meta rig (with bones) work? I need it for, say, implementing Mixamo animations to this character.
Regular meta rig doesn't work out of the box with this character.
So I click "A" (in a View Port), then "Ctrl + P" - and choose "With Automatic Weights".
And then I face a big problem: when I move the mesh in pose mode with a regular meta rig, Ik/FK gizmos just stay at their initial places.
Could you say please how to fix this issue?

Hi, I want to start learning animation soon, but before I start I want to clear this question and hope you can help. I saw sometimes people animate a walk by keeping the character at same place and sometime they make character move away from the root bone. Obviously, these two technique has their own name but I am too moron to figure it out. May I ask what are these two technique called and why use one instead of the other. Thanks 🙏

I never knew the mixing the constant and spline together, i just block using the spline. I wish i could show a quick video to get some critique
