I'm Building A Cinematic Universe

Atlas: The Animated Movie is coming soon, along with more great stories featuring Blue Bolt, The Spider-Queen, Six-Gun Gorilla, The Sensational Cat-Man, Landor!, and Little Red Riding Hood. THIS is my cinematic universe.

It is really interesting to imagine a public domain cinematic universe. Imagine many people contributing in big and small productions and making reference to each other and making a bizarre lore.

When I was younger me and my brother used to make up our own superheroes like every kid does. It's been about 15 years since then and we've managed to write down most of our best character ideas and come up with (in my opinion) some decent story arc's. One day we're hoping to turn it into some kind of long form graphic novel but if I woke up tomorrow with a few billion dollars, I know exactly what I would do with it.

This whole idea is fascinating. I once scrolled through the public domain of superheroes to find a character to write a short story about... but you took it to another level and I respect that

Make them silly, and cheesy and goofy
But I honestly have had enough of "superheroes are bad actually" lately
So I hope these superzeroes are still honest people, trying to fight the good fight for themselves and each other.

I love how this is the literal opposite of a hype video. I’m still super curious and excited in that “can’t wait to see how this weird thing goes” way but I can say the bar is so low 😂

I never been this excited for a superhero cinematic universe for years. It’s been wild seeing Austin build an entire franchise out of metaphorical duct tape and cardboard.

What you said towards the end hits so hard for me right now as I'm currently working on a story that at first started off as a book title but now I'm really interested in making it into a script for... possibly an animated show but that's just all in my head. This whole universe you've created looks amazing and I can't wait to see it grow
