I’ve experienced PVCs for the last year or so. After an Echo, stress test, and 24hr Holter monitor I was told they aren’t dangerous but damn they suck. Magnesium seems to be the common supplement recommendation, I take 300mg every morning. Not sure how much it helps, I’ll have days in a row where I don’t feel any and then some nights they seem every other beat. Such an odd condition in that they feel so threatening yet are mostly deemed benign.

UPDATE: !!! found out today by my Chiro that the spinal nerve C7 was impacted, which feeds the signal to the heart. He cracked that MF and heart has no more skips so far. The C7 is commonly impacted by stress and leaning forward on a computer.

Nice to know I’m not the only one I’ve had generalized anxiety disorder for many years but only started experiencing these ectopic heart beats after a virus 🦠 when I’m not in tune with my body and just in the moment/distracted they seem to go away. The anxious mind is a mf!

I have pvcs and pacs. Even nsvt sometimes. I have had all the tests, been to 3 cardiologists and an ep and all said I am ok and nothing to worry about but I still feel like I'll just drop dead any minute. I literally have daily panic attacks, scared to do anything strenuous etc. Its so hard to believe the doctors

I have PVCs every third beat! Crazy! It happens and get worse when I am in a lot of anxiety, which is almost always! Coffee, alchool, give me pvcs as well... Doctor did echo, stress test, even a cardiac mri, thanks God all good, but man, sometime I receive an attack of PVCs! I thinking to control my anxiety to be able to control the PVCs. Haha is weird you sharing this, I thought I was the only one! When I said to people thay my anxiety gives me PVCs they look at me weird. But it is a hard fight, I have to say.

Had pvcs in my 20's, they went away for like 10 years but I lost my mom a month or so ago and they came back with a vengeance. They're horrible now and and i can't get rid of them, Ive been to the hospital 3 times in one month and see my primary care doc regularly only to be told my heart was good. Even though ive been told this it doesnt ease my mind, they terrify me to the point of panic.

Thank u for your great video. Right now I feel like I could keel over at any minute, but I read through the comments and believe it's anxiety. I get various muscle twitches, and pvc's, I been having them ever since the pandemic. Every time it happens (real quick thud) I'm worried when the next one will be. Like anxiety causes PVC, which causes more anxiety, which causes more PVC. Ugh. And it happens more when I have gas. Constantly hearing gas bubbles. Do those bubbles travel through the chest? I don't know but took some antigas. Maybe the gas bubbles trigger it. One time I called an online nurse, and that comfort from knowing what it was, stopped it for 2 days. I think we need to treat the anxiety. Ordered Lithium Orotate 5mg to combat the stress/anxiety.

Recently I started have extra beats once in a while after I had a long panic attack. Could that be PVC?

I was taking magnesium glycinate 100mg at night. Seemed to help sleep and anxiety, but I noticed the 3rd day my heart rate was in the 40’s in the am. My usual heart rate is in the 70-80’s. Maybe I should take it In the morning? But I’m afraid I’ll be too tired after I take it in the morning. What do you think?
Thanks for the information!

Thank you for the video. Do you get the ectopic heartbeat right as your falling asleep.. where it feels like your heart stops and you get a little dizzy, but then it painfully finally burst through. Like in a topic heartbeat three times as strong Aunt stops a little longer?

Im 51 started getting these about 2 years ago. Had a echocardiogram, ekg, blood work, ziopatch. My cardiologist said my heart is structural normal, ekg normal, blood work normal, zio patch said there rare pacs, pvcs less than 1 percent. He said there benign everyone gets them.
They totally freak me out and ruine my day and I only get a couple a day.
Its just a weird feeling, and if you check your pulse it skips.
Totally hate them.
How many do you usually get a day?
Hope your feeling well! Great video!!!
Love your channel!!
