comparing a pixar cartoon to Uncharted 4 and Order 1886 both of which are photorealistic movie quality games is like comparing apples to oranges. they both kick ass in their unique art direction.

Dang... I was really hoping that we'd finally see Ratchet become the great NHL star he was destined to be on his rise to becoming a major metropolis' city planner!


This review seemed kind of harsh. Most of the good kind of grazed over to point out that an established franchise of 16 years didn't completely turn on it's head.

Can't hear the criticism anymore that it feels too similar to previous R&C games. THAT IS WHAT FANS ARE LOOKING FOR AND WANT!
Because it made them fans in the first place!

Great game for a great price. Going to buy it for sure - also, nice review! Cheers! Also, what do you consider a "fairly long campaign" to be? I read somewhere the game clocks at 8 hours if you rush it and 15 if you look around a bit.

I think your score of 8 is under rated. R&C is amazing overall. And that's Not mentioning the $39.99 price (parents would definitely appreciate that) This game is a 9.5. And only reason is not a 10 and not to spoil it... is completing a tiny percentage of the game (2%) Not to spoil it

I love this game the only thing they should fix is sometimes when you trying jumping on the crates the crates will vanish and reappear. But that is the only problem I have.

Although it's not my kind of game I really liked this one. Gameplay and graphics r both amazing and the game only cost 35-40 dollars. Not the longest game if you just want to complete the story but I don't like my games to keep dragging on n on anyways. Bossfights are good and challenging, especially the final boss which got me frustrated at first but it felt good once I did it and that's important to me. I give this one a 9, 5/10

"...Insomniac Games have litteraly poured their heart and sould into a game.."

How can you speak so casually about a group of people who've not only died to create a game but apparently lost their souls in the process? And why haven't their deaths been mentioned anywhere else? They may be a relatively small developer but all of them dying, especially in such an unusual way ought to be the top story on the news, especially with the apparent confirmation that souls do literally exist!

So how did it happen? Was it a clinical surgical thing? With the spiritual angle I'm guessing it must have been a "Mola Ram" from Indiana Jones and th e Temple of Doom style thing. Still how do you get the heart and soul poured into thebgame? Do you puree them in a blender and add it to the ink that's used to print the disc labels maybe?

Wow, to me the biggest flaws with the game are that it poorly recaptures the feel and essence of the original and didn't have enough content.
I'm not saying you're wrong, there's no such thing as an objective review. I'm just amused by the fact that we judged the same criteria and came to opposite conclusions.
