I do a lot of things already, use the public library, I attend frequently free events, activities, groups. I also do puzzles, board games and card games, listen to podcasts, music. I also use local parks nature trails and walk paths I use chair exercises off YouTube and have therapy bands to help with stretching and strengthening which cost $3 dollars i bought use 2 and 4 pound weights at yard sales years ago for $5. I carry reusable water bottles with when I out, I take shopping bags with me when going to the store. I return all refundable bottles, can and jugs as you don’t think about about the deposit that you pay when you buy one or those items but it can really add up quickly. I turned both water heater and thermostat by couple of degrees, don’t eat out I make food at home. I don’t buy coffee or tea or pop when out. I use coupons and loyalty rewards whenever I can. I by used as much as possible, I use power smart bulbs. I pay with cash whenever I can. These are just some examples of how I trying to be frugal
