1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp unsalted cold butter
