How to Manage Multiple Gmail Accounts

Learn how to easily switch between multiple Gmail accounts on desktop with Shift.

It's not unusual to have more than one Gmail account to manage. Maybe you use one for business and one for your personal correspondence. Perhaps you use another Gmail account for a hobby or for a side gig. Whatever the reason, it's easy to switch between multiple Gmail accounts in Shift.

Shift makes toggling between multiple Gmail and other email accounts as simple as clicking your mouse.

When you sign into Shift for the first time, you'll be asked to enter an email address, select a color to identify that address and verify the address. After creating your primary Shift account, you can add as many email addresses (Gmail, GSuite, Outlook and Office 365) as you'd like. Simply click on the ‘Add Account’ icon on the left side of the page. Enter your email account and password and begin Shift’ing away!
