Love all your videos so much Bam! the past year ive been working this knowledge of your videos into my yoga, tai chi, and walking routines and it has helped so much with my terrible hip and flat foot on one side from years of being a truck driver. yes just one foot was flat! lol. I'm almost there! your footwork video is so good, and loving these short demos of all the other forms and flows! very educational! please keep these videos up they are so important to me and im sure many others <3

You are making some of the most practical movement content right now IMO on youtube. Athlean X is a great guy but goes into too much detail it can be overwhelming. Alot of physical therapists make it way to complicated as well.

I stood like this as a kid & physio’s told me I was pigeon toed & gave me insoles… ankle problems started after that.

Great video! Any tips on correcting "forward head posture"? I always notice my chin is pointing forward and the back of my neck is tight. I've been working on this for a while but would love to try something new.
