This is an intermediate level Primal Movement Workout that focuses on bodyweight strength through three skill based movements. The follow along session includes a full body warmup, 3 rounds of work and a cooldown stretch - no equipment needed.

The movements covered in the training session are inspired by different ground based movement practices to include animal flow and capoeira. Practice these skill based movements often and you will develop strength, stability, mobility and coordination!

I have been following Ground Movements for the past 5 months. I do 15-20 minutes every morning. I try to keep it fun and consistent. My back pain is stabilized. I have toned up. Thank you Coach Kels’.

Loving your content. As much as I love animal flow..I haven’t found someone who’s teaching style ive enjoyed…hoping to see some more animal flow specific workouts, content and maybe even some programming in the near future

I'm still working with your beginner workout set. I'll start on the one in this video in 4 - 6 weeks. I like to really "soak the movements into my bones" before moving on. Your detailed instruction and demonstration provides a lot of subtle nuances. I want to convert the "fine points" from "knowing" into body feel. Thanks for all you do.

This was challenging but I’m so glad I did it! I was experiencing pain in my right hip before the routine and after finishing this the pain is gone I swear! Love it thank you for doing this video ❤️
