Is it 10 sets per exercise, 10 sets of 1 exercise ant thats it, or 10 sets total of different exercises?

I don’t quite understand this regimen.

So he’s saying 10x10 and 80% to 85% of one rep max.
So my one rep max is 255 rn
So 10 sets of 205? Or does the number change as the sets go on and fatigue and lactic acid builds up?

So then
1st set 205 X 10
2nd set 205 X 10
3rd set 195 X 10
4th set 190 X 10 etc etc

Curious to hear other’s interpretations

So I don't know why he looks like this in this video this looks like some crazy AI generated thing but on a more recent podcast what he said was six sets of 10 at 80% one rep max. So yeah you're going to have to drop weight because you can't do 10 reps of your 80% one rep max six times with 2 minutes rest. And I'm not sure where this clip is from either cuz even six sets of 10 at your 80 rep max is going to burn you the fuck out.

so go 20%-25% less than your max, and reduce 5 lbs per for 10 reps, if you can't hit 10 you lower, but you HIT YOUR 10 REPS OR ELSE
