Funny thing is, there are SO many different ways to make pozole depending on the region. Some are bright red bc of the chiles used, some are green, some "white, " some have pork, beef or chicken. So many different ones!

Yet, SOMEHOW, she managed to get absolutely nothing right for ANY kind of pozole!

Tbh I get why Mexican people would be offended by this because, I’m from Saudi Arabia and if I for example saw a famous chef make a traditional Saudi dish completely wrong I’d be angry cause the rest of the world is going to think that whatever they did was the right way!
