I have been programming timed plyos into my training for a few months as well, it’s so much more efficient in terms of time. 10-15 minutes then I’m off to my main strength work. Not only that, but that 10-15 minutes was more productive than working off a traditional set x rep scheme. Plus at the end up the day it’s just another exposure, another “box” to check off to to speak. Whether I get that through time or set x rep is irrelevant.

This is how I do my dunks. Pick a time limit and adjust based on how I feel. It’s weird because I don’t feel fatigued jumping before lifting and feel more warmed up for lifting but I can see where you could progress faster in the heavy lifting by not doing so much jumping/running

Maybe setting lower and upper bound rep limits so people get enough and/or don’t go nuts?

Warm up by finding max box jump height. Then do sets and reps 🤷‍♂

i usually do box jumps (i actually jump onto plates) in the end to just kill my legs, is it wrong or inefficient?
