I'm in the market to buy land for my new homestead. I've been going back and forth with raw land and established. I think for my first time I'm gonna buy something with something already established til I get the hang of it then upgrade to raw and start something from scratch. I like your set up you have. I'm looking foward to seeing the cabin being brought in for your nephew.

We have raw land here. We got the chicken coop done. Next is the goat shed since I need to get my goats here from California. I wanted to add a pig pen this year, but fencing is a little more important right now. As my husband says one step at a time.
