Nvidia’s in BIG Trouble Now
Nvidia may want to change their strategy as both AMD and Intel are making big moves in the GPU market. With much better pricing and new graphics cards coming out AMD looks to be taking the GPU market seriously. Plus Intel has new Battlemage GPUs coming out soon which should offer a substantial performance increase over their Arc GPUs.

What price would you buy a 7900 XTX or 7900 XT at? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

7900 XTX at $699 and a 7900 XT at $599 would be a no brainer.

I had to go through 22seconds of youtube ads just to listen 1 minute more how cdkeysomething is so great. Darn it youtube is getting more annoying than the tv

They are going to be just fine. Nvidia(for good or bad) owns market share and mindsets

800 would be a good price, considering the competition. That said, the 7000 series messed up good for the tier listings. Its just that the 7900 is a 900 class card instead of a 800 class card. Hell, they skipped higher tiers with the 5000 series. They could've done the same but no, they want that money

More competition is definitely needed in the GPU market when Nvidia thinks it can sell 8 GB GPUs, price their GPUs exorbitantly, and design them to not be much better than the previous generation. That tells you what is going on in the market.

Great Video! I bought an open box 7900 XTX from Microcenter for $815 in April 2023 with full warranty.
This put it at half the price of the lowest priced open box 4090 at that time.
I'm new to team red, but I've been very happy with it.

The 7900 xtx is at US$ 830 right now on Amazon, so prices are slowly getting down to normal (ideally should be less than $700)

On newegg, some of the 7900xtx models are still over $1000. Others are in the mid-900. dollar bracket. The same with the 7900xt.

I play at 4k, I play with RT on and everything maxed, why is my 4090 'doomed'? No other company card comes close, what about guys like me who don't care about price and only care about performance? And before you guys tell me about 'money' crap... What you all drive toyota corollas? Never bought rims for your car? Ever been married? Don't talk about wasting money.

$700 for 7900xt is really tempting. I agree with you, at 600, I'd have to see if it will fit in my case. 700 for the XTX would be a similar situation. I have an rx 6800 right now so I'm not super motivated to upgrade.

Did anyone else try to get the cards using those coupons? I clicked on the link, but couldn't find any coupon.

Nvidia doesn't care about gamers anymore. If they did we would see the 4080 at $1000 peak price, and the 4060 ti would be at a comparable price to the rx 7600. Nvidia doesn't care about gamers anymore. All they care about now is AI

The probleme with the 7900xtx it's the power draw for me.

Honestly at $800 for the XTX & 700 for the XT would be ideal. In addition to AMD lowering their prices I really hope they shrink the size of their PCB's. I know the SFF community is very niche but I will honestly say Nvidias PCB's are great for those of us putting our GPU's on water for a SFF build.

i Saw the 7900XTX Red Devil card dive below 1k. in America, if that happends in Europe im getting probably getting it (but if there is a Game with it from AMD rewards program i don't care about ima still hold off. as delivering a digital code with a card leads to return issues so that code better be worth something to me)

In england the cheapest one is £750, which is Idk what's going on anymore (Also, apparently this is the discounted price)

I still use a lot of the Nvidia only features such as NvEnc. So I'm probably not personally looking for a non Nvidia card at the moment until they can also match those features. That said, if you've only interested in gaming then absolutely an $800 7900XTX sounds like a good deal to me.
