Joe Biden says 'Vice President Trump' when asked about Kamala Harris as potential candidate

Weeks after his debate against Donald Trump, President Joe Biden spoke at a press conference addressing his candidacy for re-election.

In an answer to a question about Kamala Harris, Biden said "Vice President Trump" but also noted he wouldn't have picked Harris to be his vice president if she wasn't fit to serve as president either.

Maybe democrats and republicans should work together with a new policy rule: Whichever party is president, the vice president must be from the opposition party. I think it is a solid idea and would force a more centrist and informed approach.
