TL;DR: Turn off hair strands and turn on frame generation.

I dont recommend doing the fg mod because anti cheat will flag you because of steam and you might get blocked from the game or ban.

Thanks for this guide! So tired of "graphics settings guides" that are just "install this not-shady software and put everything in low". This was very useful, thank you!

vegetation quality is insane fps eater if you are not standing in the area where there is no vegetation.

A simple fix is to disable FSR2 or DLSS in the game. For AMD Adrenalin Graphics, disable all settings. This worked for me; while on epic settings, there was no lag at all.

5800x3d/6950xt and game crash sometimes not fun, but game feels fun, playing on high/medium on my prefrance to max out fps and use fsr2 quality mode at 1440p give 200fps avg but 1% lows as 100fps not good, afmf2 just lower my fps not worth to use for me.
game is brand new why did they not include fsr 3.1 I do not understand, fsr2 is old.

I’m pretty sure that the difference in the left and right picture has to do with depth of field, motion blur and chromatic aberration. Not the other settings. I would like to see a comparison side by side with medium, high and epic settings without these effects on.

the shadow quality eats alot of fps. been experimenting settings and this triggers my 30ish fps when in epic, i just put it to medium, and theres difference when u default set ur settings to epic or low then manually set each to epic/high.

Very cool guide, I'll try optimizing settings for my old pc. However in the video I 100% disagree with your take on "Auto-Move to Attack Target" option. Imho it's a must have for everyone, because otherwise it make the game feel clunky, where you constantly have to chase somebody and hope that your skills are not "out of range" and just overall feel bad. Being able to spam skills and not focus so much on running and thus freeing up my middle finger a bit. I haven't played any "action" combat MMOs, only tab target, e.g. Lineage 2.
The only thing I haven't done is mass pvp, maybe that's where it could be unnecessary or for maybe ranged weapons?...
Or could be that I am pretty bad at MMOs or something, I don't deny it.

I believe Texture Quality depends on your Video RAM.

4090 is running this over 90fps on epic everything. Fluctuates higher a lot of the time and I keep it limited to 120, but might drop down to around 90 in towns, etc. Is very pretty and seems to be optimized pretty well.
