How long does it take to deposit or withdraw funds? Suppose you submit a deposit request during business hours on day T, when is the money deducted from the external bank account, and when does it appear on Savebetter to start earning interest? A fair transfer would have the money deducted on day T+1 and also deposited on day T+1 (and starts to earn interest on Savebetter). Thank you for sharing your experience.

Tried to sign up but their website functionality is pathetic and prevents me from changing the funding account I linked during signup. They don't answer the phone. I'm sticking with Wealthfront which pays 0.6% APY less, but I that's a worthwhile trade off for peace of mind.

I've had my account for a little over a month and I haven't received a single email regarding my transactions. I called the customer service # and I was told that they don't email you when your funds are received or active. How were you able to get that email?

In order to withdraw from no penalty cd account you need to call savebetter. Is it the same withdrawing from high yield savings account? Or can you withdraw digitally?

Thanks for taking the time to explain the process At this point i think ill continue to have a direct connection to my banks without the third party involved especially with all the hacking and corruption going on at this point in time

Good luck getting your money back if Save Better goes out of business. For me the higher interest is not worth this risk.
