Since then - 18 months ago - the business has had THREE threats from government stating the business will be shut down if XYZ doesn't happen within ABC time.

Hi Layla, great video! This year, from January - July, we averaged $80, 000 in new sales. In August, our sales fell to $14, 000! Why? One of the members of our 3 person sales team took a 2 week vacation. Ugh.

Really good video. You are back on track. I disagree with just one thing - min/max strategy is not always good. Even though we have central task management list and everyone can check the progress, I encourage team communication (in office), because otherwise the environment doesn't feel healthy and we become PC zombies :) Team members can communicate as much as they want as long as they meet their deadlines.
