Ash holds an everstone, he cant age. He will be 10 forever. xd
Edit: But I have a theory on something: In sun and moon, ash joined the pokemon school near the start of the school year or something. Its probably been atleast a few months he has stayed in alola before returning to kanto. At the end of sun and moon in the extra scenes, you see professor burnet pregnant and now in pokemon journeys we see the baby so its probably been 8 months since the birth. So, the time in alola + the time during the birth. But dont forget that when Ash went back to Alola was episode 37, now its over episode 54. So, theoretically, if you add all of the time spent between it, it’s probably been a year and Ash SHOULD of had a Birthday. Also, don’t forget the 6 series before alola and journeys which adds EVEN MORE TIME in a year. But, knowing Pokémon, ash will stay 10 forever which means the baby will never have a birthday or anyone else.
