One thing I'm surprised you didn't mention when talking about Meowth was that learning to speak and walk upright actually crippled his ability to function as a Pokemon. Team Rocket's Meowth can't use or learn Payday, and it's implied it can't evolve, either.

She's also literally friends with the Legendary Pokemon, Suicune. It's not necessarily a solid bullet point, but shows how connected the Joys can be to the upper echelons of the Pokeworld.

Latias has the ability to look human as well, specifically the one she's the closest too. Unlike Ditto with Transform or Zorua and Zoroark with Illusion, I'm pretty sure Latias doesn't have a natural transformation ability.
