Thanks for this! I'm looking for a way if a member of my team books something into their own calendar, it can be automatically put into the shared one, or they can send it over while inserting their own one. Is that possible at all?

I'm trying to find a way of seeing things in my shared calendar without them having to manually add one for themselves and another for me.

If shared calendar name is not in list or facing error, "Microsoft doesn't recognise". But the name of shared calendar is correct then what we will do?

This seems to share the current calendar but does not synchronize as changes are made.

So my question is if someone was the owner of a shared calendar and new employees come into the company, can you add them to the shared calendar or create a new calendar. Does it also depend on the permissions of the person as well.
