Do not draw slow wobbly lines. Keep your lines fast and confident. Use the ghosting method then make 1 fast confident mark. Accuracy comes over time and make sure to draw from your shoulder. A good exercise is ghosted lines and superimposed lines from Drawabox lesson 1.

If you’re a traditional artist a suggestion I have if you don’t have a lightbox is just using a light sheet of copy paper and watching one of those videos of people flipping through art books, then pausing on one and locking the screen so it won’t play or rewind or anything then turn up the brightness and use it as a lightbox

Wobbly lines is a case of being too slow with strokes. "Line Confidence" is a term I've heard before as well. Understand your wrists' range of motion, and use the zoom tools to make sure each stroke is nice and precise. This can also lead to over consistent lining, which results in the drawing feeling flat. So it all comes down to your staging and posing etc.

I use my hands to draw art in digital, I often draw lines wobbly asf cuz my hands are generally shaky from birth and plus I ain't have money to buy a pen to draw art digitally, so I mostly do wobbly lines and than I use it as a messy base and then draw the lines faster on top of the wobbly lines so that the lines can get straight and boom a nice base!

Some people wonder why their drawings never come out good. But also ignore how every line error adds onto each other over and over. When you can't draw the 3D forms you want you'll wonder why it's so flat but it being your lines often isn't considered. It's not one and done.
