Hi Hannah, I thought it might be helpful to let people know that I emailed Amazon about the fact that I am still stuck in tier 100 (now with 1, 156 sales) ... their answer was not super specific only that there are multiple factors and they are "growing at a tremendous rate" and are being very selective in tiering people up. I believe this selectivity likely applies to new applications as well since I have heard from several people that they are either stuck like me or their application was denied. It might make more sense to try applying in January when things cool down for amazon. That is my hope anyway.

Hi Hannah thanks for the great video.I put in the competition checker a cross niche and it was an A but the t shirts showing were not related at all to the niche.Does that make a difference?

The next obvious question about checking for trademarks, is if I come up with a slogan that is not trademarked, should I trademark it myself? Otherwise anyone else can copy me. And how complicated is that process going to be if I have 20 slogans?
