I live in Asheville, NC…living through the hell here… after going through about 8 hurricanes in SFLA. Nothing compares to this one we experienced here due to the topography causing land slides up in the gorgeous blue ridge mountains. I live about 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate, and that is in Biltmore Village area where it is low. I made a video several days after, and it is completely devastated. I am sure all of you have seen the footage. My Aunt is in Tampa and I pray that this surge of water is met with a wave of Angels that gently sway it away from people and animals. MJ, you and are exactly the same age one day apart I am on the 8th… and I have been listening to you since I saw your count on this channel was around 40K. Now look at you :-) (We are so similar) and it warms my heart to hear you almost everyday. I missed you while I was without power and just got that and internet back several days ago but no good water yet. I am better than most in my immediate area and my prayers go to FL. My 99 1/2 YO grandmother was with me along with my mom/partner, and Dad, right after the Hurricane and I cooked for us all on my grill and it was challenging but it taught me and reminded me again what was really important. We sent my Grandmother down to FL on the first plane out we could schedule… thank god she is in Miami with mom other Aunt and should be fine. This woman is incredible and it is not just me saying that. Everyone that meets her feels it. She is like a living Mother Theresa… I am making a documentary about her now. I am a professional photographer/videographer, so this is a joyful project as she turns 100! Love and light to everyone that took the time to read this, and to those who have not :-)😊

I was in hurricane andrew while living in homestead. My heart is so heavy right now thinking of what this storm is going to do to them, whether physically mentally or emotionally. I can only imagine…

I feel the world shifting. We’re moving so fast with technology, & it seems like mother nature is asking us to slow down (all the retrogrades). Praying all the people in Asheville, NC recover, and everyone in FL preparing for hurricane Milton. 🙏🏻🙏🏻My parents ❤️will be in the eye of the storm, just northeast of Tampa. They’re prepared, with a great network of friends in their community.

I lived in Pinellas County for over 50 years and just moved to western North Carolina in July, my heart is just breaking for all the people caught up in these storms! The anxiety is too much, praying for all to make it through Milton unscathed!!
