Make it with hard boiled eggs, much safer than raw eggs . Don't keep raw egg mayonnaise for 2 weeks !! Please !

I told my grandson to mix up some eggs oil and a little lemon juice. Now he doesn't eat store mayo.

These two man should apply for a job with the Dept of Agriculture. Time to change food in America and go back to wholesome hearty foods as they've been before this sickness of GMO's, chemicals, fake foods etc etc.

How about a dash of sugar, white pepper and Worcestershire Sauce ?
I don't think that would do any harm.;))
You could stretch it with pickled water and mix in some more oil ;)
Ingredients at the same temperature...

Just dont throw in seed oils/vegetable oil for it causes inflammation.

I use Avocado instead of mayo with my tuna sandwichs. So good!

With a stick blender you don’t have to slowly drizzle the oil in just add it all to the container and blitz it! Voilà perfect mayonnaise every time! But it’s RAW egg yolk so I always make mine with hard boiled eggs!😮

I haven't consumed mayonnaise since 2009. Even the best most expensive sold in stores is garbage food.

Iodized salt isn't sea salt. Sea salt has iodine naturally. Oil does not need to be drizzled when using an immersion blender.

the type of oil you use is the most important health factor & I didnt hear which one they used. I use avocado oil-neutral taste & healthy

Avoid polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly seed and nut oils (with strong preference away from canola, soy, vegetable, and refined oils). Animal fats are generally more stable.
