Nobody gets full from eating chips, and that's part of the reason why they're problematic. They aren't filling, but they're still very high in calories for such a small volume per serving. So you get several hundred calories from a bag of chips & you're still hungry.

Chips are not just carbs. They are usually carbs AND fat. In fact, they usually have a higher percentage of calories from fat.

Yes Brother. I’m Actually Skinny Fat but Slim. I was at 147 pounds.

Now at 163. Pounds I’ve gain 16 pounds.

But I actually don’t see Where That 163 is Coming From

Skinny fat is also caused by not lifting weights everyday... or at least 5-6 days a week minimum.
