One of the things you need to remember is that sugar plays a big part in health too

Edit: I’ve gotten a few comments about this, what I meant is you need to be careful you aren’t eating too much sugar, all he is talking about is calories and that isn’t all that’s important


Additionally: too much fruit sugar can be bad for you too

friendly reminder it’s okay to eat foods you love, the oat milk is worth it ❤

(i know this video is aimed towards people dieting; my point is there’s no need to cut off higher calorie foods/treats as long as there’s balance. as someone who’s struggled with disordered eating, i wanted to point this out because it took me so long to learn the value in enjoyment and satisfaction from food.)

He forgot to say per serving… the can of whipped cream is a 5 calories per 2 tbsp the almond milk is 30 calories per cup.

Actaully, calories are not bad, we need them to survive. Calories act as our bodies energy source, and limiting it cant be good for you. Also celery is not 0 calories, and is not a negative calorie (what u are advertising), and eating as least calories as possible is very bad for you, you need a balanced diet! Protein, carbs, fats, nutrients, fiber, everything is good, and nothing can replace another.

The amount of calories isnt the problem for most people, it is the quality. Focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods either directly from an animal or the ground. Then scale your calories based on your activity levels.
