The BEST Homemade McDonald's Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel Recipe! (Copycat Recipe)

Makes 4 servings or 2 if you’re greedy! 😊
Ingredients
• 4 plain bagels
• 4 sliced rib-eye steaks
• 3-4 eggs
• 4 slices of sharp cheddar
• 1 small onion chopped or sliced
• Salt and pepper
Sauce:
• 2-3 tbs real mayo
• 1 tsp Dijon
• 1 pinch of dried dill
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl. Set in fridge.
Step 2
Saute onions on griddle or using a skillet. Remove and set aside.
Season steaks and cook on each side until fully cooked.
Scramble eggs and cook in a thin layer. Fold and divide into four squares.
Brown or toast bagels.
Assemble sandwich and enjoy!!

We recently made them but used Montreal Steak seasoning instead of salt and pepper and we found a dill mustard we added to the mayo. Tasted just like McD's! This look so good!

I have tried making this sandwich for hears with steak umz....doesn't taste like McDonald's at all....it actually is nasty with steak umz. I say spend the extra money, buy a real ribeye steak and make it that way

I haven't been in the US for a few years, but last time I was there, some McDonalds still served them.

It's not on their international menus.
