The Orthotropic premise (aka Mewing) has taken the self improvement sphere by storm. In this video we will discuss the history of mewing, how to mew properly, and how small efforts can lead to big changes over time.

My routine for strengthening the muscles of the jaw and tongue is as follows:

Mckenzie chin tucks at least 3 times per day (15 seconds each)

Chewing each bite of food at least 30 times (also helps with digestion)

Sleeping on my back without a pillow (neutral spine position)

Strength training a minimum of 3 x per week following my 5 - in - 1 fitness program. Developing proper posture is half of the battle, and a focus on strengthening the muscles of the back and core reinforces good posture.

Learning to only breathe through the nose ( even while working out! )
