This is a great workout when you don't have a lot of time in the morning! It's my go to for days when I need to do something but don't have time for a 30-40 minute workout.

I fell off the bandwagon months ago due to first long Covid, then my MS acting up. First day back on a limited workout schedule (only every two days), and I managed only 13 minutes. I'll try again on Thursday.
