This was the best spicy mayo video I’ve seen - it matches the exact restaurant style flavor I was looking for! Thank you!

Sriracha burgers taste great with homemade kewpie.  You have to find hondashi and a little package of umami/msg at your local asian stores and buy some mustard powder at your regular store in the seasoning section but everything else are normal house hold items you can find at any store.  Its worth it...Im no big fan of any of it but its nice to have the option especially for non-sushi related foods that go good with mayo(trust me youll dig the extra something it adds to burgers, fries, tunafish, etc).

Haven't tried it with lime juice before, I will make sure to do that next time. I do add a few drops of sesame oil which gives it an awesome note imho. Love the videos, keep it up!

Just in case anyone is wondering, home-made kewpie using this guy's directions(or even slightly changing it a tiny bit) tastes WAY BETTER than regular kewpie brand mayo.  I like the standard thickness of kewpie so I try to aim for that but other than that the home-made tastes waaaay more exotic and interesting.  Regular kewpie is boring and overpriced(was over $5 bucks here at walmart)...the flavors are just too subtle so it ends up tasting alot like regular mayo but at a different texture.  Now that I have a bottle of the real stuff in my fridge i dont even plan on using it but as regular mayo for burgers and stuff(which it adds the slightest twang).  Home-made japanese mayo however tastes AMAZING on burgers and other stuff...it adds a whole new flavor of condiment yet it does everything you want mayo to do too.

nice ! I will try it, but I think it would be much better with homemade mayo (so easy), maybe a little sesame oil in the mayo.
Thx, I love your recipes.

Is it masago necessary? I cannot find them in Argentina.
