10. There’s no evidence that he’s actually cheating. The game’s just at a high difficulty.

9. Okay, I can see what you’re coming from. But I think Mario was just trying to take Donkey Kong away somewhere far away so he wouldn’t terrorize the city.

8. Yes, I can see that the Mega Mushroom is too OP, but other characters like Luigi, Peach, and Toad have used this powerup too. Why only put the blame on Mario?

7. Gooper Blooper is not an animal. It’s a monster that Bowser Jr. created using his paintbrush to pollute Ricco Harbor. Mario had to kill it in order to save the Harbor.

6. Wario was trying to steal that statue out of greed. Mario was just taking it back to the Mushroom Kingdom. He was doing the right thing.

5. His heart seems to be set on Peach. Mario only saved those other princesses out of doing the right thing. It’s said that Daisy is Peach’s best friend, so maybe a Peach requested Mario to save her.

4. This one, I kinda agree on. So I’ll give you props.

3. The manual said the Toads were turned into BRICKS, not brick BLOCKS. Mario was just breaking apart the blocks so that the Toads aren’t stuck together when they get turned back to normal. On top of that, he might not even KNOW the bricks are Toads.

2. Mario’s “punching” is actually him pointing his finger out. The SNES doesn’t have the power to show it. Yoshi comes back as an egg after you “sacrifice” him.

1. Capturing bad guys is okay since it serves them right. Capturing inanimate objects is kinda weird, but nothing against it. But capturing civilians and animals is messed up. But Cappy’s the one who gave Mario this power. For all we know, Cappy might be controlling Mario to do all these heinous acts just to get his sister back. CAPPY’S THE TRUE VILLAIN!
