Adding Directories to your $PATH in Kali/Debian Linux! The Easy Way

This is a quick and dirty way to permanently add directories to your $PATH in Kali/Debian Linux.

In my case I faced an issue every time trying to install any package using pip, This method fixed my problem...
Well, I couldn't find what is in the video, so I wrote same line at the bottom of the file:
Terminal: $ sudo nano ~/.bashrc
Go to bottom all the way any write:
export PATH="/home/duke/.local/bin"

Consider pasting the commands out here in the description its hard to blow up the screen to try and follow what is typed.
