Amazing small batch fudgy brownies! Tutorial

And here’s the cups version for those who don’t have grams like me!!
¼ cup & 1 tbsp melted & cooled butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp + 2 tsp chocolate melted & cooled
¼ cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt or a pinch 🤏🏻
¼ cup + 3 tbsp choco chips or till your heart’s desire!!
Bake 190/170 fan 13/15 mins

70g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
100g caster sugar
Whisk until combined
1 medium egg
Whisk to soft peaks
50g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
Whisk until combined
40g plain flour
15g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
Sift these in
Fold until just combined
80g chocolate chips
Stir these in
Scoop into dish (7x4 inches)
Smooth it out
Bake 190c/170c 13-15 mins
Allow to cool fully, then refrigerate

I decided to try one of your recipes (this one being it) and it was so yummy. Mine did come out quite crumbly but that's because I cut it when it hadn't cooled down enough. All in all it was delicious

I just made these. I substituted half of the butter called for with plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt and they turned out so gooey and delicious!
