I'd like to see more machinist tool box tours, anyone else feel the same way?

You truly are a master of many crafts.
It has been a pleasure to watch your videos and see how you organize your tools, i'm sure it helps people with ideas and different ways to organize and access their tools.

Please play no attention to any trolls who are ungrateful and immature viewers. Understand that this is the Internet and many will have no weight to their comments, Smell and taste can always be argued but one cannot argue facts.

The fact is one can only hope to get to your level of diligence, patients and workman ship.

Please continue making videos and pay no mind to anyone being cruel or negative and I look forward to seeing your future videos

I just have to say, you are a man of MANY tools but also a man of MUCH wisdom. Don't let the negative comments get you down. There are far more admirers of what you do and appreciate your videos! Keep up the GREAT work!
Best Regards.

You're not silly at all because you have a passion for tools, mr. Pete. You are a wise man with a constructive mind. I have learned a lot from you, in a very pleasant way. Therefore I thank you. Best regards from Holland.

Thank you for the tour. Don't bother with the people who criticize others for having a passion about something. I enjoy watching your videos. They are so detailed and informative. I hope you keep them coming. Thanks again.

I get tears in my eyes, seeing the reamers in the drawer, cutting edge on cutting edge...

Thank you so very much Sir!!! I really enjoyed this series as I do all of your very informative videos. I was surprised to not see any machine set up levels in there, maybe they just passed me by. And I am a Christian bit must ashamedly admit that I greatly coveted that German silver caliper!! I also have a bad habit of piling up files any kind a I own a sharpening business as a side job. Thanks for the wonderful tour and God bless!

I really enjoyed you giving us a tour of your 4 Kennedy toolboxes-drawer by drawer. Thank you, Mr. Pete! One can never have too many tools. If you have the proper tooling... makes the job easier! :-)

I love the brutal honesty of what very well may happen to a lot of us and our tools, any real tool junky owns more tools with someone elses name on them other than his own, and loves the thrill of finding a good tool at a fair price, and giving it a good home and enjoying it even if its only looked at with hopes of one day possibly needing it.
great video thank you.

Love your videos, you are an excellent teacher and thanks for the look into your toolboxes. I too love tools and add to my collection whenever something useful shows up. You have also inspired me to finish the refurbishment of my old Myford lathe and get my workshop set up at last. Been meaning to get into model engineering ever since I left school and now I'm retired I now know what I really want to do with my spare time.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.

Ignore those idiots who criticize you for too many tools. I have a collection similar to yours (the same but very different) and I treasure every one. Anyone who doesn't understand the value of such tooling has no clue about real values in life. The satisfaction derived from a home machine shop cannot be described to such empty heads. Keep up your most valuable and generous efforts. They are appreciated more than you know. I am on many Yahoo machining sites and your series is always mentioned

A great series! You're not silly..we all have our own passions and hobbies. Who watches a series about tools then complains about it?!

A machinist can never have too many tools. I have many of the tools that you have and I think that the older tools have more character to them, think if they could tell their own stories. I have enjoyed watching the entire tool box series!

I appreciated the tour of the tool boxes. I for one would like to see the rest of your tools. One can never have enough quality tools. It is like collecting art that has a useful function beyond making the heart glad to see elegant but functional design.

God created man as a tool user. What could be more natural to us than collecting tools? Tool collections also serve historical purposes. I really enjoyed the four videos.

Thank you for this and the other three, really enjoyed them, fascinating. I have a passion for tools as well so you are by no means alone in your addiction. Those who don't are just missing out I think. I used to work for an engineers merchants and it was the best fun just looking through the catalogues. L. S. Starrett was one of my favourites!

I got a hoot out of that comment and the way you said it " its what I like to do" LOL, when I was a young man and newly married I told my sweet new bride the same thing when she made the first little complaint after about a month or so of marital bliss...lol, but now in my old age I collect old outboards and I'm always catching flack for having to many, you can never have to many, its your life and money collect what you want and be happy, Ahole's need not apply. Thank you Mr. Pete for sharing :)
