Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾

1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember.
2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away.
3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us.
4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life.
5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good.
6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals.
7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams.
8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires.
9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery.
10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe.

Hope this helps!

There are many Indians who follow the traditional Indian life and are living very long with amazing health

Go to any country in Asia and talk to ten people and ask them if they do Qi Gong. 0 / 10 of them will do it. I'm not saying nobody does it, I'm saying that's not the reason for Asian longevity.

I have been practicing Qigong for 10 years. It helped me recover from my stroke I suffered 4 years ago. (Still don't understand why the Qigong didn't prevent the stroke in the first place!).Nevertheless, since the stroke I have been practicing Qigong at least 1 hour per day, some days 2. In addition I meditate 1-2 hours per day. Qigong is not - at least for me - has not been a quick magic silver bullet. Its taken a very long time to feel my Qi and experience the effects of Qi cultivation. The improvements have been very subtle and slow.
However, I have to say that sometimes other people notice the change. Recently I bumped into a woman who I haven't seen in 7 years. She said I looked younger now than the last time we met.
She also remarked how "clear" my eyes looked.
So I have to advise that Qigong is beneficial to ones health. But the results do not happen overnight. It takes a disciplined daily practice to achieve results.

Qi is Prana, the life force. The simplest thing girls can do to be able to age well is not to drink freezing cold water which blocks the Qi in your body. So shocked to see that western girls haven’t been exposed to this rule which most East Asian girls practice. Also the entire Chinese medicine theory is built based on the understanding of Qi.

Allow your heart the space it needs to manifest your highest desires into existence. When you really just let things be, and detach from all outcomes, you give life the opportunity and space to work in your favour. When there is space you can manifest even more and finally receive what you have been waiting for. I set another intention for anyone who reads this, I promise what you desire is on its way. I am sending you love and strength. You are Appreciated & Loved You are Accepted and Supported. Trust in yourself and Trust in life.

I very much believe in Qi-gong and as I walk recovering from my stroke I will do that like you said but the most recent longest living man was a Northeast African ahbesha man named “Natabay Tinsiew”.

#Genetics play an important role and here are some examples. Asian skin ages 10 years later than Caucasian skin, the digestive tract is significantly longer and the hormone system has slower cycles. Africans enter puberty and menopause later. An african woman enters menopause on average 8 years earlier than a Japanese woman. Asians seem to be better evolved to live in small spaces and bigger cities.

My mom insists white rice is bad for you and won't touch the stuff. I recently got in an argument that it's not bad for you and my entire case in point was Asian people. I was like "At least half their diet consists of White rice and their's never been one fat one other than Buddha and they live as long as trees"

Qicong is good but there is a logical explanation how the 1 inch punch works . at least not because of qicong like this guy said.
